Astana, Kazakhstan – ORIS, a leading law firm in Kazakhstan, participates in the signing ceremony of five agreements with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“EBRD”) at the Astana Economic Forum (“AEF”).

 

The agreements on the modernization of the municipal projects anticipated to be sign at the Astana Economic Forum. The agreements on the modernization of the water supply and heating systems in Kostanay, the reconstruction of the network gas supply of JSC "KazTransGaz Aymak" in the amount of € 220 million and the modernization of the underground gas storage "Bozoi" of JSC "Intergas Central Asia" in amount of € 245 million financed by EBRD.

 

Mr. Suma Chakrabarti, the president of the EBRD will sign the agreements on behalf of the bank, while Mr. Sharipbayev Kairat Kamatayevich will sign on behalf of JSC "KazTransGazAymak" and JSC "Intergas Central Asia".
